What is a TM44 inspection?
A TM44 inspection is an Air Conditioning Energy Assessment, required for buildings with air conditioning systems that have a total cooling output of 12kW or more.
A TM44 inspection is designed to:

Reduce operating costs
Lower environmental impact
Help you stay compliant with current legislation
Who needs a TM44 Inspection?
If your site has air conditioning systems totalling 12kW or above, an inspection is required every 5 years. The inspection must be carried out by an accredited energy assessor.
What happens if I don’t comply?
Failure to comply can result in fines of £300 per unit inspected and potential disruption to your business operations.
