Cokethorpe School is a prominent independent educational institution, founded in 1957, that values the comfort of its students and staff, particularly in learning environments such as the library. The library, with its large glass front, faces south, resulting in significant solar gain during the summer months, alongside cold drafts in the winter.
The goal of this project was to replace the existing old ducted uneconomical system and install an energy efficient, effective air conditioning system to maintain a comfortable learning environment year-round.

To address the specific needs of the library, Panasonic’s wall-mounted and ceiling-suspended air conditioning units were selected. These units were chosen for their suitability in meeting the following criteria:

Installation
- Three wall-mounted units on the first-floor rear wall for cooling during the summer and heating in the winter.
- Two ceiling-suspended units on the north and west walls to ensure even air distribution and temperature control.
- Installed by our professional technicians to ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
