An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), previously known as a Periodic Inspection Report (PIR), is a detailed electrical inspection comprising of a visual inspection and in-depth examination of a property’s electrical installation, commonly required for insurance companies, sale of property and business health and safety. A detailed report will then be provided along with any recommendations.
