Spheretech specialise in providing a wide range of often mission critical air conditioning services to the medical sector, including for surgeries, medical centres, veterinary practices and hospitals across the UK.
One recent installation was for a West Sussex based early screening charity, The Mary How Trust for Cancer Prevention.
Following a referral from a long standing Primary Care Centre Client, The Mary How Trust asked Spheretech for help with their climate control.
The charity required adequate cooling in their consultation rooms as well as addressing the uncomfortable heat they were experiencing in the waiting room and administration area.
The warm Summer of 2018 were not the ideal conditions for operating the high tech screening equipment required for detecting the signs of early illness. Therefore, The Mary How Trust stressed to Spheretech the necessity to provide future cooling and comfort solutions for both their volunteer staff and patients alike.
Whilst the project was relatively straightforward, as a tenant, The Trust required Spheretech’s support and assistance to first secure landlord permission for the installation.
Spheretech Managing Director David Knibbs explains,
“Clients with a tenancy agreement, invariably, need to seek landlord permission prior to signing off on a new installation. Which is why to help progress their project, we assist them by providing all the necessary information in terms of documenting all the technical specifications, noise levels and installation details they require in order to gain planning approval and/or planning consent.”
Ultimately, we were delighted to help The Mary How Trust, the public who use their facilities, their staff and Trustees.”
